“And when you look back, you will stand in amazement at the perfect life you live”. That verse from “The Secret” was exactly what I experienced a month ago, and so much more!

I always wanted a high paying job after I completed my graduation. Last semester into my final year, I had no jobs in hand nor was there any sign of anything coming anytime soon. The dream company that I had wanted to join said I would not be eligible for their interviews. Even after 2 months post graduation I still had no job at hand, and the other job offers I did get did not pay me well. My parents also got very worried about my future. I was starting to become devastated and scared but the only thing that kept me going was the hope and belief in this book called The Secret.

I decided to write down all the things I wanted and on the top of the list was my dream job with the perfect salary. Afterwards I put the paper under the bed and completely forgot about it.

Less than two weeks later I got a call from the HR of “that” dream company which earlier said I wasn’t eligible. They asked me to come to their headquarters for various tests and interviews. Needless to say that at that moment I knew the job was mine and the Universe was rearranging itself to make it happen for me. All through the interviews and tests I knew that this job was specially made for me.

Now coming to the best part: The day I got the job offer and my package details from the company I happened to open the paper with my wish list. The package offered to me was exactly the same as what I had written on the paper!

Now I work in one of the best companies in the world and my friends and family were mind blown as to how I managed to get the best verses nothing. Believe in yourself, believe in the Universe and every candle, star and wishbone you wish on will make all your dreams come true.
