Being raised in a home with an abusive stepfather and a troubled Mom, my need to run away from the life I knew as a child was greater than my knowledge or age. Depression was the song of my childhood. But The Secret gave me a new rhythm and song, and I began to understand how focusing on the injustice that took place in my past had kept me a prisoner from success.
I now focus on the highlight of my life, and all the great things around me. I’m now much more happy; I have great relationships, a good earning, and love all around. I’m excited about my life and where it’s heading now that I know the power of taking control of my thoughts.
