Submitted by: Olivia G
Columbia, MDI am a 40 year old mother of one wonderful daughter. We live in Columbia, MD and I am a senior graphics manager with a 40 million dollar company - and also an entrepreneur - I own my own graphics and web design company.
I read the section of the book about weight in February of this year and I changed the way I thought about my weight – I stopped getting on the scale and started thinking about my ideal weight. I wanted to go from a size 14 to a 10. Well, I have to say because I changed the way I think I am now in my size 10 and now they are getting too big as well. I’m in the healthy range for my height and age. I’ve also increased my exercise which is very important.
I have a totally new look on my life in health and love.
