We just returned from vacation, and while on lay over at the airport I purchased The Secret. I was exposed to The Secret last August and watched the trailer, but that was it.

During the week of vacation I was so focused on what was going wrong at work that it was having an impact on my mood and ability to truly enjoy my time with my family. It wasn’t until our return flight when I began to read the book that I came to understand that I have control over my thoughts, and the negative thoughts I had were attracting additional negative things into my life. As I looked back on my life it was clear to me that this was true.

After reading just the first few pages and understanding that I can think good and positive thoughts, my entire mood changed and a feeling of happiness and peace came over me. I want happiness in my life, and I was sick and tired of feeling the stress of work – and I received that immediately.

I have been working on mastering my thoughts now for about a week. I’ve never felt better, and everything has changed for the better.

I am so grateful now that I can experience today the happiness that I thought would only arrive when I was financially independent and retired from work. I have that now and I’m receiving all that is good today.
