She Came In Plain Clothes.

DundeeI am a 70 year old widow who has been married twice and has nine children and numerous grand and great grandkids. I love to write poetry, quotes and am three quarters way through my autobiography. When I lost my second husband nearly three years ago to cancer, I more or less gave up. For the last month I have felt something change in me. I had never heard of The Secret until today but soon realised that I had been using it anyway. Today was my awakening.
I met Kelly, a Social Worker, through my need for sheltered housing. A pretty blond woman in her fifties. She was so helpful I just suddenly believed again in goodness, kindness and humanity. She made me feel I belonged again just by helping to carry my burden. She filled in forms, made phone calls and listened patiently, no lovingly, like she really cared about my problems, even those that had nothing to do with her job. And she told me about The Secret.
Suddenly I knew I had been involved with it all my life. I was a giver, a part of The Secret and a part of humanity in all it’s glory. The pain has lifted today, still there, but lifted. With The Secret she gave me back my dignity and above all, my hope for the future to come. Things are changing and all because of The Secret. Now I want to live, to succeed to find joy and help others to do the same. Thank you Kelly.
