To start, I am a woman who believes in exercise and eating the right food. But because of my eagerness to stay slim and sexy, I got sick. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Tuberculosis way back in 2010.

My world stopped.

I was deprived of doing what I was doing. I could not run. I could not go to gym. I could not even walk a long pace because it was so difficult for me to breathe. Here in our country, our Government provides free medication so I don’t have any problems being check by experts and my medicines are well provided.

But the pain of being helpless and dependent hurt me the most. My stamina decreased and even after medication I could not get back to my exercising routine because it’s really hard for me to breathe. Even a simple cardio exercise made me gasp for air.

I felt so hopeless until my friend told me to read The Secret.

I knew about the book way back in college, however I still did not believe it until I read the The Magic.

Indeed, as the title of the book says, it is really magic happening right before my eyes. I started to feel so happy and thankful to all the things happening to me, but deep inside me I wanted to test my own belief. To see if The Secret really works and if my thoughts will heal my lungs.

Last December 12, 2014 I started to do the The Magic practices. I always say to myself “Thank you for my healing. Thank you for my healthy lungs”. I say it every morning, before I got up from bed. I say it whenever I am preparing breakfast, while I am eating breakfast. Whenever I take a bath. At lunch, whenever I walk going to the market. Whenever I cooked dinner, when I eat dinner. Until the last second I fall into sleep.

It became my habit.

Until one afternoon, I felt so energized. I try to work-out at home. I was a little cautious then but when I was able to do my cardio for the straight 15 minutes, I knew it. It works!!!

Now I am able to do my cardio for an hour straight. It seems as if I was not diagnosed with Tuberculosis. I am so happy and grateful that today I am more healthier.

Oh! By the way. Even when I am doing my cardio, I am still saying “Thank you for my healing. Thank you for my healthy lungs”.
