Blessed be me
I was blessed with the love of my life two years ago, and although we had broken up and lost the appreciation and love we had for each other in the past, I am now happy to say my fears of what would my friends and family think if we were to try again, have passed… and we have now re-kindled our love and vowed to appreciate each other and LOVE unconditionally, with the blessing and acception of our family and friends.
Our break up was the greatest blessing because it really shook up our world and made us realise how much we really did have to be grateful for. It helped us to focus on love, never did I say thank you for the beautiful food we ate, or the warm home we had, or the beautiful cars we drove. Living apart and being forced to realise the lifestyle our families were living, made us both open our eyes to love, and feeling love for ourselves, each other and the people and things we had in our lives. (I swear by this, the power of love – it is the greatest answer of all).
On top of our appreciation re-igniting, we had put our intentions on career focused thoughts, in turn my partner has just sealed a deal to tour NZ with a well known band and I was visited by my regional manager to offer me a great promotion still within the area which is what I have wanted for a long time!!
And to top it off, I have bought a great house … with a beautiful kitchen that I have plenty of space for baking or entertaining our large families. I am excited about our large bedroom and walk in wardrobe, with a gorgeous corner spa bath. I wrote a list about a month ago of my dream home … fit for entertaining, modern and a real warm and dry, homely place.
We move in at the end of the month :):) And I can’t wait to have a home together to share and spend time in it.
Thank you for The Secret. Thank you for showing me that it is ok to focus on the beautiful things we all want love and deserve. It is ok to accept the good in life, you don’t have to pretend that you don’t want it. We deserve the best in this world.THE BEST – none other.
And my greatest advice would be LOVE, you have to have love so that all your beautiful blessings stick you. My intentions for all that read this story is that focus on love, don’t take the path I did and lose everything to learn the value of love and appreciation.
Blessed be me.
Blessed be us.
Blessed be YOU.
