I have a very stressful job talking to customers on the phone all day about their complaints. I had just came back from a holiday and dreaded the thought of returning to work. I had to do something quick!

So yesterday I decided to bless every single person I spoke to,in my mind, at the end of the call. When I said ” bless you ” to them in my mind I also felt love and compassion in my heart for them even if they were angry and aggressive. I average about 80 calls in an 8 hour day. That’s a lot of people to bless!

After a few hours of this I started noticing something extraordinary. I started to feel happy and lighthearted. People commented on how cheerful I sounded. I usually watch the clock and count the hours, minutes and seconds until my shift ends. But I stopped noticing the time and started enjoying myself.

I can honestly say I had FUN. And today I still feel wonderful.

I thought to myself if blessing others comes back to you threefold then how blessed am I after blessing 80 people in the world yesterday!
