Truro, NS Canada40 year old mom married to a wonderful man and living a great life. THANK YOU UNIVERSE!!
I have been through a lot in my life. Illness, divorce, etc. I now have a wonderful life that I got by finally believing that I deserved it.
I got the book The Secret from my husband for my birthday last year. I had asked for it after hearing wonderful things about it. I have used it in asking for many little things, and by believing that they would happen. I was amazed at the results. I read the chapter where you believe that there is money in your mailbox and I got a card with money in it from my grandmother. In all my life, I have never received any money from her, and she lives in the same town as me, so the card proved to me that if you believe you will receive.
I used it again when I was applying for a job that I thought I would like even though I had little experience in that field, and I visualized myself getting it, and I did. Before the day was even over they called and offered it to me. I had a wonderful year there and then saw a job advertised that I knew was perfect for me, and I used the Secret again, and now I get to work from home doing something I love.
My children lived with their father, and I knew that my youngest who has problems would benefit more from being in my care, and visualized and just “knew” that he would be here in my home, and it happened.
I also have wanted a golden retriever for many years and my husband did not agree. After seeing a picture of one on the internet and contacting his owners, I believed that he would make his new forever home here with us and my husband after 5 plus years agreed that he should come, and we even went to another province to pick him up.
We still have ups and downs, but I am going to make sure that I ask for what I want and believe that I will get it. The little things are wonderful, and now I am heading for the big stuff. Thanks so much for offering the hope and gifts, and you can be sure that I will pass on all the good things I can to others who may need that little push in the right direction.
