I would like to share my experience about depression with you.

For years I have suffered with depression and have faced many bad situations because of it. I had been unhappy and hopeless and I had also suffered with panic attacks that have made me helpless when it came to facing even the simplest tasks. It was a hassle. I have tried therapy and medication for years. The medication helped a little, but I still missed that motivation to enjoy life.

After reading The Secret, my life has changed completely.

I slowly quit the medication I was taking and I have never felt better, because I know that all the power and energy I need to lead a happy and complete life are within me.

I just KNOW I will never have depression again because now I believe with all my heart and soul that the strength I need is within me and I can beat any adversity that comes my way.

I feel the power of the Universe running through my veins and I am just so thankful for this. We can do everything if we believe it!
