It has been a long time since I had first read The Secret and I kept trying to apply the law of attraction. Now I feel that it works for everyone in a different manner. One just has to find it for themselves. And I just found mine.

For me the major target is to be focused in the present and to not worry about or focus on my desire too much. It is like just this, I tell the Universe once, I visualize it and then I let go and do other chores. Even if I find myself thinking about the future and getting too much into it, it is fine but I also have to get out of it and not be stuck there. Find some mood shifters that you can use to shift your mood in a snap. This website and the stories here are one such source, also being grateful helps a lot, too. By using all this I have already lost 7kg in 3 days.
