I started playing basketball when I was four years old. I was one of the worst players on my team, and many people told me to quit. Their words shocked me. I began experiencing frequent injuries during practice, which made the situation worse. It felt like my life was falling apart. However, after reading The Power and The Secret, I started to have a more positive mindset. I believed that I could achieve anything I wanted.

I worked hard every day, and it paid off. The Egyptian National Team invited me to the world championship tournament, but I couldn’t go due to being in school for my education. I was also recognized as one of the top five players on my team. All of these accomplishments came after I started to think differently after reading those books.
