Thank you so so much for introducing us all to this great knowledge. This is the third time I am writing in on your website.

I am currently 30 years old. I had been having hair problems for the last 2-3 years. My hair started getting really thin and brittle. A lot of hair started falling out and my scalp around my middle partition started getting visible and wider. My mom has had very scanty hair for many years, so I believed that this condition would be hereditary.

I also thought that since I am giving exams alongside my busy work schedule, it must be the stress that is also causing this problem. So I just thought of giving it a break from the 2 exams I had remaining to qualify and just concentrate on my health. I joined the gym and started yoga and felt the difference in my skin. I lost weight reduced, got flatter abs. etc. But there was nothing much happening with regards to my hair.

I bought expensive shampoos and tonics which claimed hair repair, but in vain. Then I realized my desperate actions and thoughts about my hair were the main cause that nothing was happening and in fact, it was getting worse.

I had to attend a cousin’s wedding in 2 weeks’ time so I just told myself that I don’t know how, but my hair and scalp are going to be healthy by the time I land in India. I will have all my hair back and it will be glowing and shiny and long. Everyone is going to say that I look so good. They will especially say that my hair looks so beautiful, thick and nourished.

I kept on telling myself that I have superb, nourished, thick hair and then kept doing other things in the day without worrying whether this was going to happen or not. I completely surrendered to the thought that this was 100% going to happen, with unwavering faith. Like I know, like I know, like I know that it’s on it’s way. I kept visualizing this each day for the next 14 days.

And well, The Magic happened!!

I wish I could post my photo before and after to show what a huge and amazing difference in my hair. I love my hair to no limits. I am kissing my hair now!
