I was always poor and I grew up with that thinking ingrained in my mind. I was introduced to The Secret, the law of attraction, by a former employer.

I try to keep my life simple because it feels good that way. I have always enjoyed finding treasures in thrift stores and I have found some very nice things, like books, clothes, etc. This was before knowing about The Secret.

Now understanding how life works, I am challenging myself. With the Covid shutdowns in the US, I was forced to order my groceries and even family gifts online. So during the last six months with shops opening, I used The Secret to find the same items I wanted in thrift stores at little cost! It works! Ask, believe, receive! Things show up in the most surprising ways. Sometimes laughable.

What is most important though was when I was laid off from work. It was a struggle having no income. Sometimes I have tried to take control but have learned again to ask, believe, and receive. God would not let me go hungry.

Get hooked on the feeling of feeling good. Accept anger and frustration and accept that feeling good brings positive outcomes in the most surprising ways. Thank you, Rhonda Byrne, I write you with joyful tears!
