Ask, Believe & Receive Is Really So Simple

Los Angeles, CAA businessman who has lived by the Law of Attraction my whole life, without even realizing it at every step of my journey.
I’m typically longwinded, but in the interest of time I’ll try to keep this particular story brief.
I’ve had more experiences with the Law of Attraction than I can recount in my life. The earliest experience I can recall dates back to my adolescent life. But none more powerful than what would happen literally as of last week.
A year ago, I took a consulting job at an internet company in Santa Monica. It was a time when I had been running my own business (unsuccessfully) for a few years, and found myself in a position to take a break from being a boss with employees to the shelter of a salary, benefits and letting someone else take the reigns. I also considered it an opportunity to sharpen my skills in the business world while I figured out my next move.
Even while serving at the client, I never lost my deepest desire to invest time in my business and figure out the business model that would one day win. So at night everyday, I began the ritual of reading Secret Stories and really studying them to get my mind into manifestation mode. One night, while going through this exercise I was inspired to see my business flourishing the way I envisioned it. It was a deeply emotional time for me as I had laid off all my employees, and was coming out of a period of intense energy in trying to make my business a success, and feeling a strong sense of loss having closed it down.
My company is a consultancy that specializes in entertainment and media representation. I decided that night that I would visualize opening an office in Beverly Hills, ideally in a familiar section near the Beverly Center, against all odds. And I made a folder for printouts of commercial office space that was available at the time in the area. This was exactly one year ago, Oct 10 2011.
Over the next 10 months with this company, they asked me to take on a full-time role and through a series of management changes, I ended up in my bosses position as Controller in a very short time. However, I never lost my deep-seated desire for my new office space. Eventually, we hired a new CFO and things were going very well for me at the company. I slowly submitted to the idea that I’d found my place. Great salary, stock options, excellent health benefits paid for by the company…and all very far away from BevHills. Until May, when I got the call…
Haven forgotten completely about the dream of new offices, I took an interview and was recruited by a company that handles social media for major celebrities and Fortune 500 brands. I took the role – better money, more stock, etc. etc. etc. This was July 2012. And then the unimaginable happens last week…
I’m cleaning out some old boxes at home, and stumbled upon the folder with the printouts of the office spaces I looked at a year ago. I flipped through the pages, only to find that not only am I now working in one of the buildings from one of those “random” prinouts, but the office I sit in every day is located in the exact suite # of one of the printouts from that folder. (Imagine if I had envisioned the highest possible outcome?)
It’s real.
