We were on a 6 hour long drive to a family reunion with our 3 kids in tow. I was describing The Secret to my husband, as I had just finished listening to the Audio book a few days before. Our GPS told us we should arrive at the hotel at 4:03. My husband thought we would get there at 4:23 because we were coming into the city on a major highway during rush hour traffic, so we should expect some delays. He asked me what time I thought we would get there and I thought about it while searching my inner feelings. I replied 4:07. He laughed and said “No way”, not with rush hour traffic in this city.

Even though we approached traffic, I knew we would make it there at my chosen time. Traffic flowed as we continued on to our destination and the whole time I refused to look at the clock because I believed we were going to arrive at 4:07.

As we pulled into the hotel, I was laughing with sheer joy because 4:06 was the time on the clock. As I closed the door behind me to go register for our hotel stay, the clock turned to 4:07. My husband was floored.
