Anxiety No More!

I have been under a lot of stress lately. My husband is working away, so I’ve been handling work and home responsibilities while taking care of our three children. I found myself feeling constantly angry and resentful, getting upset with my children, and feeling annoyed with my mother-in-law, despite her help with the kids. I also felt angry at my colleagues and hit rock bottom, experiencing intense anxiety. This feeling was terrifying and made me feel like I was losing my mind, reminiscent of a similar experience years ago. It took me months to feel normal when this happened before, but this time I managed to overcome it in just 24 hours.
I have a book called “The Secret,” and I have found it helpful in the past, so I read it again and fought off the negativity by affirming my strength, happiness, and gratitude with every thought and step. I vowed to remain strong and never let myself feel that way again.
I’m grateful to Rhonda for sharing “The Secret” and am thankful to the Universe for everything. I hope that someone facing similar challenges reads this and realizes their own strength. Now, I spend more quality time with my children and appreciate my husband. As a happy Irish mother, I understand that my previous feelings were a result of the negativity in my life, signaling that I needed to make changes.
