And the cow jumped over the car

Mumbai, IndiaI am a 32 year old female professional working for a small and medium enterprise company, and look after general administration and operation.
This is an incident before I ever read The Secret.
I have strong E.S.P. My husband and I were driving back late morning after a short family vacation on a clear day. We were driving at a speed of about 100km, on the highway and there were very few cars on the road. On reaching a slight bend I saw a few cows grazing on the highway road divider. My husband was driving the car. One look at the cows prompted my mind to think that one of them would jump right in front of our car. Before I could accept the thought and caution my husband to slow down, we reached the spot and a cow actually jumped in. Incidentally, it did not jump in front of the car, rather banged into the driver side door. We slammed the brakes and the car spun out of the road and fell into a ditch.
The interesting thing is that I realized that either it was destiny, or my thought made it happen. Maybe if I had not thought that the cow would jump it might have continued grazing peacefully.
That is the day I realized there is some power of thought, and if we can will a calamity then we can induce happiness too. In our Hindu culture it is said that we should always hope, say, and wish for something good, because you never know when God is listening and will grant the same.
Soon after that I happened to catch hold of the book The Secret. It reaffirmed my thoughts and I have systematically started changing the way I think, and now I believe that I can make all good things happen just by consciously thinking about the same.
I also spread the power of The Secret to all my near and dear ones and urge them to read the book. I have circulated my copy to a lot of them. Some of them believe in it and some don’t. It is a loss for those who don’t.
