I had always grown up thinking that I was God’s child. After all, even the smallest of my desires would manifest themselves in the most serendipitous of ways. It was only much later that I realized that this was the law of attraction at work.

I was on my journey to manifesting some of my most cherished desires. I was using affirmations, meditation, journaling and was diligently following The Magic Practices. It was on one such day that I realized that my senior dog was refusing food and was limping around. She had a fall the previous day but nothing that we felt was too serious. But to see her lying down without any energy and sleeping all the time, got us very worried. I would check up on her every few minutes and lament that she was ill.

It was then that I decided not to focus on what I didn’t want and to turn my energy towards what I did want. I wanted her happy and back on her feet!

We were scheduled to visit the vet the next day, a good 24 hours since she had last consumed solid food or water. Her limp was quite bad too. It was also the day to do The Magic Footsteps practice. I woke up feeling determined to heal my pet and started affirming and feeling gratitude at every step. She was unable to walk properly, hence I carried her down to the vehicle. All through the ride, I went on thanking the Universe for healing her. All through this she sat comfortably on my lap, and here sat a dog who would usually whine at the slightest of touch to her aching legs.

We reached the vet and as I readied to get here down, I noticed a small white feather lying next to me inside the vehicle. How it landed there I would never know. What I did know was that this was an angel next to me. In the last few days I had been discovering feathers at random places, and this to me, was no coincidence.

It was therefore not surprising then when my dog out of the vehicle with her limp almost gone! And all this occurred before the vet had even seen her!

The vet examined her and exclaimed that she was totally alright and only a mild medication would be required to get her back to her usual self. Her observed her gait which was near perfect. There was no whining, no pain, no limp, no nothing! She even climbed into the vehicle by herself and then back up to my two story house herself.

I am certain an angel visited us that day.

There are no coincidences with the Universe, there is just a series of events triggered by a sense of deep faith and trust.
Today as I see my pet jumping around and eating well, all I can say is, thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so very much!
