An act of impulse

FinlandA believer about to shoot for the stars.
Hello Everyone,
Now this is my first time I have ever wrote anything to any particular website, so bare with me.
It is in fact more of an idea than a story, that came to me quite recently. And on an impulse I thought I would share it with you. Make of it what you will. (no disrespect meant 🙂 )
First, all of us have habits. Some of them physical, some mental and all of them divide into categories of positve and negative. These are recognized as “Paradigms” and as per the instructions set out by Napoleon Hill and Bob Proctor, I set out to break all those which I found to be harmful to my life.
Here is how I set about it: It occurred to me the easiest way to figure out everything that I did not want was to let my thoughts and actions roam as I went about my day. This may sound a tad suicidal but wait, I had with me a notebook and pencil and everytime any distructive thought, habit or emotion would overtake me, I immediately wrote it down and changed my thoughts. The mission was to Know your Enemy.
After the day was done, I had a list of all the bad habits that I had entertained that day. I then took out a sheet of paper and wrote down one by one the EXACT DESIRED OPPOSITE of each of these negatives, threw away the list of bad thoughts and started repeating and concentraiting on each positive outcome I wanted.
Thus I managed to find and eliminate my destructive paradigms and create a strong foundation for all that which I wanted to manifest.
It is entirely possible that many of you do not need this, you have already managed to create the life you desire or you’ve created other methods which work better for you. In any case I’m just following a hunch and with a final expression of gratitude, I bid you adieu.
Oh divine providence, I ask not for more riches, but for more wisdom with which to make use of the riches you gave to me at birth. Which consist in the capacity to control and direct my own mind to any end I desire, courtesy of Napoleon Hill.
Oh thanks to The Secret team and all these other stories which have helped and inspired me.
