Thank you Rhonda Byrne, The Secret team, and most importantly Rhonda’s daughter for allowing The Secret to be shared with millions of people. It has made me a more positive, driven, and happier person than I ever could be. The story I am about to tell is one of many dreams that had come true due to using the law of attraction and visualization.

For my freshmen year in high school, I had moved to a new state, so with that came a new school, new friends, and new opportunities. One of those great opportunities was the chance to attend the 6th best high school in the nation! My current school was excellent but when I had such an amazing opportunity knocking at my door, I had to attain it. Since it was a magnet school, I had to take a few standardized tests and the CogAT, which was almost like an IQ test. When I had received my scores, I was thoroughly ecstatic because they were outstanding. So that meant I had passed the first phase, which was being qualified.

The second phase was the being officially accepted. The school was a Vanguard school which meant that if you lived out of district, you would be considered last in an admission to the school. I was a bit worried about my chances after knowing that, since I was out of district, but then I realized I have to be determined and have full faith in the Universe.

I tried for two months, using The Secret over and over. But around early August, that’s when I realized my mistake. I was using The Secret over and over! Every day I had kept asking the Universe for me to get officially accepted into Carnegie Vanguard. I kept placing the same order every day, instead of feeling like I was already accepted. So a few days after that, I sat down and asked the Universe my wish. After that, I felt happy and grateful for this oppurtunity and used visualization. One of my best friends had gotten accepted into that school so we kept talking about our lives there, how we should meet up early on the 1st day, and the new clubs and sports teams we were going to join. Eventually I forgot about feeling disappointed, because I just felt good when I thought about Carnegie Vanguard. It was very difficult though, because school was going to start in 2 weeks. So it was a slim shot. But with The Secret, I could have anything!

I was in India for the summer, visiting my family, so I was oceans away from the school. But I never worried about how I was going to contact them when I get accepted, because my dad had went back to the U.S. a bit earlier than my mom, sister, and I. After a couple days of feeling grateful and visualizing, I received a phone call. It was from my dad.

He called and was casually talking to me when he suddenly said,”You got accepted into Carnegie!”

At first I was still and then it dawned on me that my dad just said I got accepted! I was so happy and joyful that I ran to my mom and told her I got accepted. Then I told my dad that I will email him what classes I will take, along with what books to buy for my summer assignments later in the day. I only had 2 weeks to finish the summer assignments, but that was enough time, since I started on it right the next day! Usually people would say, “I can’t believe I got accepted,” but I knew better. I believed I was going to get in, so when my dad told me, I wasn’t surprised, I was just jolly and exuberant!

After that experience, I gained a new faith in The Secret. With that faith, I used it to make my relationships better, to get the clothes that I wanted, to become the best fencer I can be, win in JSA (politics and global affairs club) competitions, have clear beautiful skin, and to be in pure bliss whenever situations were in turmoil.

I really feel so good when writing this, because I can now share with the world how truly grateful I am for The Secret. I also bought The Magic book, so I’m going to start reading that soon! Trust me and everyone who has felt the magic of The Secret for anyone who is still doubtful. It works! It is infinity and beyond! I use to be a irresolute about The Secret and never felt the magic that you feel when your dreams come true. Now, I most definitely do! Knowledge gives you power only when you put that knowledge into action. The first step is trust, so don’t believe your high hopes will be diminshed. Think optimistically as if there will never be diappointment!
