Chandigarh, IndiaI am Atul Moudgil, Managing Director of a Non-Banking Finance Company in India, which happens to be one of the 418 companies all over India with CAT-A certificate from RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (it's a great achievement). I have seen all the principles of THE SECRET working with me and my company over the years as I deal in finance business.
My father was spiritually a very high human being throughout his life. He was a real spiritual seeker. He could always tell the difference between genuine saints and those who posed to be. Whenever he found these genuine sadhus*, he always wanted to serve them either by providing them with food or clothes or whatever he could, but it was always his intention to serve them selflessly.
Once he heard a group of sadhus* singing the divine glory of God while he was sitting inside his house. He quickly went out and asked the sadhus* to come in. He made them sit and served them with tea and biscuits. Sadhu* told him that they travel all over the country singing the Divine glory of God, spreading the name of God. After that he gave them some money for their clothes, and then the sadhus left for an unknown destination after blessing him.
One year passed. My father was 62 now, and this was when he had to be hospitalized after he suffered a brain stroke. The damage to the brain was done… probably this was the time God had finalized to take him. Doctors told the family members that this was his last time.
So as he was the whole of his life, a selfless giver, family members thought to give some money after it was touched with his hand, thinking it to be his last charity while alive. After the money was touched with his hands, I immediately went to find the needy one to whom the money could be given.
I was looking for some needy person on the outskirts of the Hospital when suddenly I came across a group of Sadhus*, and to my utter surprise these were the same sadhus whom my father had served a year ago. Money was given to them and the situation explained. They were the best receivers at that time. They said that God is in charge and whatever will happen will Happen for the best.
My father breathed his last the next day.
Though the time was very hard for the family, and I could feel the grimness of the situation, still somewhere in my heart I could feel that The Universe was working in perfection. In its perfect timings the persons and situations were planned by the universe. I could sense it clearly that everybody has to die some day. Everybody has got a Departure slip in his pocket on which the Date of Departure from this earth plane is written, but we don’t know the exact date. The Universe is always perfect…
But what about the questions… How is it so that these Sadhus were there? Is this a co-incidence?
They could be in any part of the country than the Hospital of the same city….. This is no co-incidence. This is the Abundance of the universe where Universe creates perfect situations and perfect timings.
*Sadhu : In Hinduism, sadhu is a common term for an ascetic or practitioner of yoga (yogi) who has given up pursuit of the first three Hindu goals of life: kama (enjoyment), artha (practical objectives) and even dharma (duty). The sadhu is solely dedicated to achieving moksha (liberation) through meditation and contemplation of God. Sadhus often wear ochre-colored clothing, symbolizing renunciation.
