Hi All!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you to Rhonda and The Secret. Thank you to the Universe for sharing the enlightening secrets of The Secret.
My husband and I have been renting a two bedroom apartment in a beautiful part of Oakland, Lake Merritt, for the past two years. Three months after we got married, we found out that we were expecting a baby! This was a true blessing and miracle, as I had struggled with conception before. I had been longing for a baby, but it seemed impossible. It was a heartbreaking experience, especially knowing that my husband and I wanted to start a family together. Eventually, my husband helped me realize that as Christians, we probably could not get pregnant until marriage, and that turned out to be true. Just three months after our wedding, I was pregnant! I was overjoyed and felt grateful for the opportunity to bring a new life into our family. I felt as though my prayers had been answered.
However, my pregnancy was not easy. During my second trimester, I had to stay in the hospital for almost two months due to a short cervix. One doctor even told us that our baby would likely be premature. Despite the challenges, we held on to our faith and remained positive.
After spending three months in the hospital, our beautiful baby boy arrived, just one day before the anticipated due date, and he was healthy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The negative predictions made by the doctor did not come true! We never saw that doctor again since the day I was admitted, as we were determined to trust in our faith and the Universe.
After our baby was born, I stopped working, and my husband struggled to support us. We fell behind on rent, and our landlord sent us an eviction notice. Despite our financial and emotional struggles, we remained hopeful. I started writing a journal, expressing my desire for a new home that would provide a safe environment for our little family.
As the eviction process dragged on, our landlord failed to show up for court, buying us more time. Eventually, our tax refund came in February, and it was just enough to pay for a new apartment. Our credit score somehow went up, giving us more options for finding a new place. We found a cozy apartment with great amenities, including a playground and a gym. Additionally, there is a daycare and kindergarten right across the street.
The power of positive belief and the Universe continued to work in our favor. I even started winning small amounts of money in the lottery, just as I asked for and believed would happen. I am confident that I will win the newest specific amount I have been asking for. This long journey has taught me to never lose faith, and I hope it can inspire others who may feel stuck in difficult situations. Just keep believing and maintain your faith!
