Thank you to Rhonda for the book The Secret. The LOA really does work!

I have truly lived a blessed life. Coming out of apartheid South Africa, we grew up without much. But I managed to get an education which loans and bursaries funded, and I have been fortunate with the many good jobs I have had.

All this time I had a copy of The Secret but didn’t read it. My last job as a really senior person was for over 13 years and one day just like that I was laid off. I was devastated and felt like my world had just fell apart. Now I realize I gave out to the universe the thoughts that made that happen. Anyway I had much faith and prayed a lot and really felt I would be good.

A month after, I did land another position. With all my desperation and negativity, it was for a struggling and failing organization and for a manager that had serious trust and other issues.

But shortly after joining this organisation I read The Secret and The Power. The tools I learned from the books allowed me to visualize and write down all that I wanted from a job. A friend of mine told me to pack a box and leave it in my office. This will give the universe the message that I am moving. I typed up a resignation letter and kept changing the date. I was talking to many prospective employers but kept reviewing my list of the perfect job. Perfect company. Perfect everything.

It took a year of interviews and tests and more interviews, but I landed the most perfect job, with perfect money, perfect team, perfect boss, perfect benefits and the list goes on!

Thank you Rhonda and the universe and The Secret! I am truly blessed and have so much abundance.
Thank you God. I start the job next month and I know it will be exceptional in every way, thanks to The Secret. I have so much abundance and am truly grateful.
