A Few Extra Bucks
Submitted by: Darren C.
Surrey, BC, CanadaI live in beautiful Surrey, British Columbia, with my wife Lisa. I am an Account Manager for a large office services company. I'm almost 44 and feel the best I have ever felt in my life.
The Secret was introduced to me by a manager at work who became a mentor. The Secret book was brought to a meeting and the concept was explained. Something clicked for me instantly and I had to learn more. I purchased the audio CDs, and everything I was hearing made perfect sense.
I began implementing the teachings to my everyday life. Picturing the day as I wanted it to be, focusing on positive thoughts before going to sleep, saying “thank you” multiple times per day, among other things.
I printed the blank cheque from The Secret website and placed it on my fridge. I felt “butterflies” of excitement in my stomach when I would look at the cheque, and continued to feel the same when I applied The Secret to my everyday life.
As is the case with many people, Lisa and I were a little stretched for money. I did not let thoughts of wanting or needing money creep into my mind. Instead, I would feel the joy in my heart for the extra money we needed, not just when I looked at the blank cheque, but throughout the day. I concentrated hard on the feeling of receiving, and the absolute knowledge of already having the money.
As I had the strong, positive feeling of receiving, I checked my email. There was a message in my Inbox from an unknown sender with the subject line, “A Few Extra Bucks”. As I opened the email and began reading the text, my heart started to pound. It simply read, “This is a gift to help you attain a few extra bucks”!
When I clicked on the link to the website and began reading, I began feeling the tears on my face. I knew I had attracted this message to me.
I am still receiving money from this gift. I sincerely hope that posting this story on The Secret website is happening because you attracted it.
I know I’m blessed and want to share this information.
