My story is very long but I will hit you with the bullet points. I was given The Secret by an ex back in 2008. I was always a very positive person and finally understood why everything went well for me in life. I didn’t stress much I just saw the bright side to everything. My ex and I used The Secret in our lives and found that we were just great friends.

We moved on and I found an amazing person to spend the next 5 years with. She was great at taking care of me but I started to stray from my gratitude and started fearing the perfect life I had. I worried she would keep me hostage in our relationship and I dwelled on that for some time. It happened and I brought it upon myself. I began to revisit The Secret in 2014 and we had just moved to a new town. I met a nice man at a local karaoke bar and we became the best of friends. I was happy with his outlook on life and the way we were together! I found myself distancing myself from my then-partner just to make sure I was happy being around this guy! I followed The Secret and began thinking of all the things I wanted in life, mostly to be happy! That made me be strong and I left my partner of 5 years. I move 3000 miles away with my best friend and we fell in love! We packed up our things, drove 4 days to a place we had never been, with no job or home. It has almost been a year since we did that and we are now engaged. We live in a beautiful apartment with amazing jobs! My next accomplishment is to have a baby with this wonderful man I will soon call my husband!
