Using The Secret to affect the weather

I've been working diligently with the LOA for a while now. One of the ways I have found that I can use the LOA is to affect the weather in minor but favorable ways. Here is my story:
Sometimes when I am going to and from places it will start to rain. There are times that I don't mind getting wet, but other times I would prefer not to - such as when I am arriving at work in the morning. I intend that the rain will cease just for a few minutes so I can get from my car to the building, and I believe and thank for it and guess what?! It does stop just for a few minutes as I pull into the parking lot.
Is it the LOA or just luck? Considering that this has worked numerous times for me without fail - provided I truly believed it - I would say it is the LOA.
