Two month miracle by visualizing

I was very much inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger's body - I wanted to have a good body like him. So I started working out at the age of 20. I joined one gym where I started working out one hour a day with the guideline of a coach. I followed the complete exercise chart and diet habits, with full nutrition I was consuming what was needed. I did this for more than six months. I did everything to get a good body, but sadly nothing happened. Even lost 5 kilos of my weight.
One day my cousin came to me and asked what I am doing these days. I shared with him my new life and he laughed at me and said, "You can't get a good body you... you don't deserve it." He insisted, "Ravi, it is not possible for you, so stop doing that." My cousin had a really good body. He was very famous for his body. I was very disappointed that my 6 month exercise had given me nothing, but I was challenged by my cousin. I wanted to prove him wrong.
After that I bought a book based on body building. I read the entire book, but I had already followed what was said - except for one thing: Always feel your muscles are increasing at the time of your workout. Feel the body structure you want, and feel that you already have it. Always visualize and feel the shape you want. I thought the writer had gone mad, it is not possible. But I thought, let's try.
I followed as it was said. After some time it became habit, and I was not aware what I was doing. Even though I was not doing and following the workout schedule and diet manners, but now it was a habit to visualize myself to be what I wanted to be.
One day my cousin grabbed me by my biceps and was astonished. He said, "Show me your biceps." We were in front of the dressing table, and he told me to pose it. I was puzzled, and then he posed his biceps. I was shocked. My biceps were bigger than his.
I realized my entire body I got within two months. I used to do exercise with a full sleeve tee shirt... I bought sleeveless. Then compliments started to come from everywhere.
So it's all done by visualization. I created a mental picture of what I wanted to become and got it very soon after, without more effort.
So... keep visualizing.
