Got a raise

I've written in stories twice of great experiences I've had over the years, and I still continue to receive blessings all the time. Then the other day I just felt so happy about this last one that I had to write again.
I started a new job a year ago (which I used the law of attraction to get) and I hit my year mark and was expecting a review soon. There has been much talk in the company that raises are not in the budget right now with the way things are. I've also overheard many people say they haven't had a raise in a few years too. Well, I ignored all that and visualized my boss calling me into her office and saying I'm doing a great job and I will get a raise. I just kept positive thoughts about it, visualized, and really I felt just so grateful to have a job hearing so many others have difficulties finding a job.
Low and behold a few days later my boss called me into her office and said over the last year I've been doing a great job and she really appreciates everything I do. She was able to increase my salary $1000 a year. I know it's only an extra $20 a week but it was still a raise and I am still so grateful and appreciate it.
Positive thoughts, visualizing, appreciation, and feeling good in combination all work for me, that's for sure!
