Do the Joy and Optimistic Life!

Each night I meditate. I relax my mind to be the best of the best I can be. I always strive to tell myself each night the affirmation: "I choose love, joy, and freedom. Open my heart to allow all the wonderful things to flow into my life". I say this 40 times every night. I say it with a feel good feeling.

My life with my mom was not that good back 3 months ago. But today, I see my relationship growing with my mom. She actually talks to me now, and she no longer pretends I'm not there.

I love running as well. In cross country I always feel pain, and today I believed in myself in running. I first asked, believed by dreaming a lot, and received by actually feeling the joy in running. I am varsity Captain for Cross Country and this summer I am planning to run a Marathon for the Seattle Rock and Roll.

Also, everyone said, "Yea, you have to have a 3.8 GPA to get into the University of Washington." Well, March 26, 2010, I received my acceptance letter. I just believed in myself. Each day I imagined a big purple envelope and imagined myself feeling good and screaming like crazy that I made it. I told everyone I made it to UW! And suddenly, came home, heart pounding, beat by beat, there lies a purple envelope, congratulations! I cried with joy!

All thanks to the vision board, with University of Washington posters, and purple items to make me dream of my dream school. And a miracle, I got in!

Protect your dream, be influenced by dream makers!
