True Love

I first found The Secret four years ago. It was a troubling time in my life, I had turned 21 and was drinking too much. I got into trouble and felt like my life was falling apart around me. I read The Secret and really took the information to heart. I sat outside under the stars daily listening to music, daydreaming of my perfect life. I made a vision board of all the things in life I wanted and loved. I put a loving couple walking on the beach, which I would love to do.
A few months later I went on a trip with some friends. I honestly didn't want to go but I paid for the room so I went anyway. It was a fun trip on the beach when I ran into a old friend from high school I hadn't seen in years. I got an extreme sense of excitement when I saw him and wasn't really sure why. We spent the whole weekend together and I told him I would come back and visit since he was living in the town for the summer.
To make a long story short, we fell in love on the beach and have been dating happily since. We are now planning our wedding. I am so grateful for The Secret for bringing him into my life. He truly is a blessing and I love him more and more everyday. Believing in love and being grateful for it makes all the difference.
