I had always seen the cover of The Secret in the bookstores, but only purchased my copy a few months ago. What has transpired since then is amazing....
After being very unhappy in my career, I made the bold (and crazy) move of resigning one morning and starting my own consulting company. My husband was completely supportive, but the only one really doubting me was me. What was I possible thinking leaving my job and starting a new company in one of the worst economies thus far??
Well, after reading and re-reading The Secret again and again, I mustered up the courage to ask, believe, and recieve. In addition, each day I would wake up and thank the universe and god for everything - my kids, husband, house, clothes, food, etc. What happened was amazing... after only two and a half months from the launch of my company, my first client signed a contract with me for a very interesting project!
I have since completed that work and am now receiving interest from several differenct companies looking to work with me. Leaving my job was difficult because we lost a good piece of our income, but I am fully confident that the universe will provide for my business and my family.
Thank you to The Secret team for publishing this book. I have since gone on to read everything I can on the Law of Attraction and it is resulting in miracles!
